Drew Barrymore

Drew married Will Kopelman in an intimate ceremony at her home in June 2012. Drew’s beautiful bouquet featured lush peonies and garden roses in various shades of hot pink and pink. The end result was a charming and ‘fresh from the garden” look that perfectly complemented her sweet and simple ruffled gown. We loved it! (But too bad the marriage itself fizzled out in April 2016…)

We are all eagerly anticipating some very big celebrity weddings due in 2016! We decided to check in on the wedding planning and the latest details for the upcoming nuptials of some of our favorite celebrities. Maybe you will be inspired with ideas for your own wedding or special celebration! Anticipation is half the fun, but we can’t wait to see the real events! Enjoy.

Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney

Popsugar.com

The pair were spotted wearing matching rings recently, leading some to speculate that the duo were already hitched. There has been no wedding yet, however, and they are being careful not to let dates or deets slip out. Taylor has just revealed that his must-have at the reception (apart from his bride!) is good food, namely, pizza! Lady Gaga has revealed that whatever dress she picks will be totally with her groom in mind, and that she wants a “real” wedding vs. any talk of elopements. She wants to keep things low-key, however, as opposed to a big splashy affair.

Eva Longoria and Jose Antonio Baston

Mirror.co.uk

Eva got engaged to Jose last December in Dubai. She has related that elaborate and huge wedding plans are not as much a priority to her this time around as for her first marriage to NBA star Tony Parker, though recent sources state that she is now expecting to invite many of Hollywood’s “who’s who.”  There are also rumors circulating that they may be getting hitched in the next few weeks, in Mexico. They look forward to including family and friends in an intimate celebration, and maybe at a beach wedding. Rumors are circulating that Eva’s pal Victoria Beckham may be designing the dress.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth

lovesceneonline.com

The latest updates are that this celebrity couple are in fact planning two weddings, one in the US and one in Australia. As of mid May, Miley reportedly announced that she wants a carnival themed wedding, with drugs available for her guests (let’s hope she was joking about the last part).

Kaitlyn Bristowe & Shawn Booth

Photo from usgossipweekly.com

Hopefully this TV couple can beat “the Bachelor curse” and actually marry, and stay married! This popular couple from The Bachelorette had a gorgeous engagement shoot, so we are expecting big things for their wedding. We are hoping that ABC agrees to broadcast it as this always takes things to a whole new level of glam! Kaitlyn went for a “boho bride” look in her engagement photos, so we think this may be a clue as to the kind of boho chic theme that may prevail at their ceremony. (If you love this flower look, try a Love and Sunshine Bouquet from BunchesDirect.)

Love and Sunshine

Audrina Patridge & Corey Bohan

Audrina and Corey got engaged last November. The couple since revealed that they are expecting their first child together, making their wedding plans all the sweeter. Pregnant and very beautiful Audrina recently went wedding dress shopping with US Magazine, making us believe that their union will happen later this year. In her blog, Audrina reveals that being pregnant as well as planning a wedding is a lot to cope with. She also confirmed that their wedding will take place after the baby is born, saying, “I have a feeling our wedding photos will be extra adorable with our little baby in our arms instead of in my tummy!” We think a beautiful and elegant Lavender Bliss bouquet would suit Audrina perfectly. What do you think?

Age is no detriment to love and romance, and we definitely saw this with the very chic and simple wedding of former supermodel Jerry Hall to Australian media mogul Rupert Murdoch.

Jerry Hall, 59, was well known for her glamorous modelling career and her relationship with Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger, with whom she shares four children. Rupert Murdoch, 85, was born in Australia to a family that owned several newspapers. He is best known for his global media empire and his creation of FOX Broadcasting in 1986, to name only one of his larger American conquests. He has six children and has been married three times previously.

The somewhat unexpected couple met last summer in Australia and apparently “clicked” immediately. They began to share increasing amounts of time and were spotted together at several key events during the fall. They spent New Year’s Eve together on a yacht in the Caribbean together with some of their children.

Their wedding took place on Friday March 4, in a small ceremony attended by only a handful of close friends and family. The second event took place Saturday with a private civil ceremony at the beautiful St. Bride’s Church in London. Guests included Sir Bob Gelfof and Sir Michael Caine as well as various members of Mick Jagger’s extended family. The couple’s various daughters served as bridesmaids and flower girls and wore different shades of blue. Wedding flowers were white, with the groomsmen sporting white rose boutonnieres. Rupert’s two youngest daughters, Grace and Chloe, carried charming wicker baskets that included ivy, white roses, white spray roses, and delicate white stephanotis.

The family wedding portrait includes Jerry’s children Georgia, Lizzie, James and Gabriel Jagger, as well as Rupert’s children Prudence, Lachlan, Elisabeth, James, Grace and Chloe.

If you loved Jerry’s wedding flowers, try Vintage White, Dreamy Cloud or Pretty in White bridal bouquets from BunchesDirect. You could pair these with some beautiful Trinity Triumph or Scents of Spring Centerpieces to complete the look at your own reception or event (and you don’t need to be a billionaire to fund this!).

The holidays are always a popular time for engagements, and celebrities are no different than many of us in choosing to pop the big question during cherished times of friends, family and relaxation. Skylar Astin and Anna Camp, who play Jesse and Aubrey in the Pitch Perfect movies, announced their engagement via a very sweet post on Instagram. “I asked,” said Skylar, “She said yes!!!”  We think the very lovely and elegant Anna would adore our BunchesDirect bouquet Pretty Woman.

Audrina Patridge of The Hills became engaged to her longtime boyfriend Corey Bohan just before Christmas. Corey is a professional dirt bike rider and proposed to Audrina during a romantic dinner at the Summit House in California. For Audrina’s more eclectic style, we recommend a  gorgeous and unique Warm Springs bouquet.

Most sources agree that Ryan Phillippe, who most of us know as the ex of Reese Witherspoon and star of Dangerous Liasons and Secrets and Lies, proposed to his girlfriend Pauline Slagter over the holidays. The pair are said to have become engaged on Christmas Day, with Pauline’s gorgeous new bling on display when the couple lunched at Seaspice in Miami the Sunday after. Pauline is about to graduate from Standford law school, so this beauty definitely boasts brains as well. For this smart and youthful bride, our pick is a beautiful Hint of Purple bridal bouquet.

Age is no barrier to romance! Media mogul Rupert Murdoch, just became engaged to former supermodel, and former wife of Mick Jagger, Jerry Hall over the past weekend. Murdoch is 84 and this will be his fourth marriage; Jerry is 59. The engagement reportedly happened in Los Angeles where the couple attended the Golden Globe Awards. For this former wild child and model, now a refined mature beauty, we recommend the elegant Dreamy Cloud bouquet.

Actor Jason Statham, 48, popped the question and provided some major diamond wattage to former Victoria Secret model and Mad Max actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 28, during the Golden Globes weekend. Whiteley showed off her gorgeous new ring along with her Atelier Versace gown at the awards ceremony. The ring is reported to have a stunning $350,000 price tag! We think the stunning BunchesDirect bouquet Pink Cluster would also be very pleasing to this gorgeous bride!

Popular American Idol alum Colton Dixon married in Nashville this month, to his lovely girlfriend Annie Coggeshall. Chrisitian singer Colton, 24 and Annie, 27, tied the knot in a black tie ceremony on Friday January 8 after three years as a couple. The event took place at the Scarritt Bennett Center before 160 of their friends and family.

Photo from Gospelherald.com

People.com provided several exclusive photos of the wedding, and described it as having both “fantasy” and “fairytale” elements. Apparently the fairytale began with the couple’s romantic September engagement at Disney World (Colton even hid the engagement ring in Cinderella’s glass slipper).

Photo from People.com

The “fantasy” element came into play based on Colton’s love for batman and other comic book heroes. Apparently Colton even has a life-sized batman costume at his home. Colton’s mother Teresa gifted her son and his groomsmen with superhero t-shirts to wear under their wedding attire, adding a wonderful playful and personal touch to the couple’s beautiful day.

Photo from ok.co.uk

Annie wore a stunning strapless organza gown by (who else?) renowned designer Vera Wang, that was truly Cinderella-worthy. Colton’s sister Schyler Dixon shared her own snaps, with the caption ” “Beautiful bride #coltannwedding.” She also performed the gospel favorite How Great Thou Art during the ceremony.

Colton admits that he wept when he first saw Annie come down the aisle. During the ceremony, romantic Colton then serenaded his new bride with Elvis Presley’s Can’t Help Falling in Love.

The couple’s exit at the end of the night included another fairytale element: Colton and Annie departed together in (of course) a horse-drawn carriage totally reminiscent of a classic Cinderella coach. If you loved Annie’s bridal bouquet, you can certainly get the look for less with BunchesDirect. Try Together We Stand or Cheerful Blast with Wild at Heart Centerpieces, to complete your own fairytale florals.

We wish Annie and Colton all the best as they start their married lives!
