It was twice as nice: Johnny Depp and Amber Heard said “I do” twice over this month. The 51-year-old Depp married his 28-year-old sweetheart in a small civil ceremony in LA on February 3. The famous pair then jetted off to Depp’s private island Little Hall’s Pond Cay in the Bahamas, to enjoy a second ceremony with family and friends on February 7. They chose their wedding date based on what fit best into their very hectic work schedules (oh, the trials of being a movie star).

The pair have been engaged since December 2013 after meeting on the set of The Rum Diary. Johnny seemed to be smitten quickly and is still quick to praise his bride (as any smart and loyal man should), saying in a recent interview, “She’s a wonderful girl. She’s sharp as a tack. A Southern belle and sweet as can be and very good for me.”

Their wedding photos have started to surface, and apparently we have them due largely to efforts of helicopter forays over the island.(Sorry Johnny and Amber for all the noise, but we love the pics.) There were approximately two dozen guests at the very private, intimate beach wedding on the exclusive island retreat. The pair married on the white sand under a beautiful canopy edged with white flowers and greenery, next to blue sea and waving palm trees.

Amber wore a long-sleeved, backless white gown with a billowing veil. The bridesmaids wore pale pink dresses, while Johnny’s son Jack stood as his best man. Johnny wore a white tuxedo jacket with black pants and white shoes. Johnny’s daughter Lily was also in attendance.

The very lucky guests enjoyed not only a beautiful wedding, but a fun-filled holiday on this private Bahamian paradise. Guests reportedly got to lounge on the beach and go snorkeling on the colorful reefs, as well as enjoy delicious meals cooked by private chefs. (Now, why didn’t I RSVP right away?)

Johnny and Amber were honeymooning in another sunny clime: Queensland, Australia, although the latest reports are now saying that Amber may have to postpone more honeymoon time due to her work schedule. Apparently Amber is sweating it out in the dance studios as part of preparation for her role in The Danish Girl alongside Benedict Cumberbatch (who also got married this month!). We wish Johnny and Amber much happiness!

Its official! After only seven months of dating, Cameron Diaz officially tied the knot with Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden January 5. The pair began the wedding countdown by hosting an intimate dinner at their Beverly Hills home for a small group of friends that included best pal Drew Barrymore, as well as family members Joel Madden and Nicole Richie.Madden, 35, and Diaz, 42, were also seen celebrating at Il Cielo on Saturday night at a romantic table setting with rose petals and candles, according to a source for People magazine. Cameron apparently spent Sunday night in a hotel room with her girlfriends.

The wedding took place Monday at approximately 5 p.m. at their Beverly Hills mansion and was organized by wedding planners Yifat Oren and Stefanie Cove (who have done many celeb weddings such as those of Natalie Portman and Reece Witherspoon). Cameron and Benji worked hard along with their planners to keep things private, intimate and away from the prying eyes of the paps as much as possible.
Party rental trucks and bunches of white wedding flowers began arriving Monday morning to the gated community where Diaz and Madden live. A huge tent was installed on the grounds, and there was a lot of security present.

Prior to the ceremony, the couple got ready in separate rooms. The bridesmaids included  Nicole Richie (Cameron’s new sister-in-law), Drew Barrymore, Cameron’s older sister Chimene Cain, and Cameron’s assistant Jesse Lutz. Al the ladies got their makeup done by Lona Vigi.

Madden and his groomsmen/brothers, Josh and Joel Madden, wore black tuxes. Apparently Madden gave his bride a special note that she received just before the vows. The bridesmaids wore black dresses and carried white bouquets. They entered the ceremony to a a Ryan Adams song.
The paparazzi managed to snap a few photos of the grounds, as well as this makeshift tent arrangement under which Cameron hid so that her dress would remain a secret. The ring bearer was Benji’s nephew Sparrow Madden, the 5-year-old son of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, who briefly dropped the ring to the chuckles of the guests. In another small glitch the lights went out for about 10 seconds just prior to Cameron’s entrance but fortunately restored. Cameron then walked in to “Stardust” by Nat King Cole. The current scoop is that her gown had a low-cut back and lots of sparkle, but we eagerly await photos.

The ceremony itself was Jewish, though neither Cameron or Benji are confirmed to be of this faith. It included the traditional breaking of glass and “mazel tov’s.” After the vows, the  couple entered a private room for time together away from guests in another Jewish wedding ritual known as Yichud.
The approximately 100 guests included fellow celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Lionel Richie, Nancy Juvonen, Judd Apatow, Samantha Ronson, Christina Applegate, Robin Antin, and Toni Collette. Following the short ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour in the backyard’s outdoor tent, which was decorated with olive trees, beeswax candles and linen tablecloths.
After Yichud, the newly married couple joined their guests outdoors in the tent for welcoming toasts. According to sources at MailOnline Cameron gave a touching toast to her new husband, saying that she’s happy she held out for Mr. Right:  ” I waited because I didn’t want to settle.”
DJ Patrick Belton got guests on the dance floor with many upbeat tunes. Live performances were made by Lionel Richie and Ryan Adams. Cameron apparently changed into a second white dress that was described as short-sleeved, floor-length, with beaded sequins. The reception was not a late-night event, with many guests appearing to exit by about 11 p.m. The remaining close family and friends departed around midnight. Cameron and Benji seem thrilled to be hitched.”We couldn’t be happier to begin our new journey together surrounded by our closest family and friends,” the couple shared with People magazine after the wedding. We can’t wait to see more wedding photos!

Life can throw you a lot of ups and downs, and Lauren Scruggs is living proof. In December 2011, the model and fashion blogger known as Lolo took an airplane ride over Texas to look at Christmas lights with her family. Shortly after landing, Lauren survived a tragic accident in which she lost her left eye and part of her left arm to the airplane’s moving propeller.

Lauren endured emergency surgery and ICU and faced several delicate operations to repair damage that also included a broken collarbone and injured shoulder. She then faced months of recovery and the challenges of coping with the accident, a process which was not an easy one. She now wears a prosthetic eye and hand.

“I thought I was ugly and that no guy would ever love me and I just thought that my life was ruined,” she says, adding that she has slowly come to terms with the incident. “I think I’m seeing that this life is way bigger than me and that I think a lot of things that I held important earlier even in my career were quite shallow,” Lauren continues. She later wrote a book that detailed her experiences. (Click to watch the video in which Lauren gives an inspirational recounting of her ordeal.)

Fast forward three years, to December 2014. Lauren, healthy and happy, walked down the aisle on Friday, December 12, to marry Jason Kennedy, the co-host of E! News. Clearly, she found a guy who is smart enough to see that her beauty includes her past trials and triumphs. When asked about Lauren, Jason stated “God has blessed me with somebody I’ve been waiting for my whole life. Lauren changed everything for me and I can’t believe I get to spend the rest of my life with her.” Clearly, a man in love. Jason proposed to Lauren in front of family and friends, and used electronic candles to spell out the big question on the grass under her apartment balcony.

The lavish wedding took place at the Four Seasons Resort Dallas in Los Colinas, Texas. The couple shared their joy with friends and family and Jason had a whopping 11 attendants in the ceremony. Guests included Kathie Lee Gifford and quarterback Tony Romo.

Lauren, 26, looked glowing in a strapless Romona Keveza gown.  Jason, 33, rocked a dark grey Tom Ford tux.

The bridesmaids long dresses of a soft taupe color. The wedding flowers were chiefly in hues of white and pink.

For the reception, Lauren changed into a dress by Dallas designer Nardos Imam (check out the amazing back of this dress! Love it).

Their lushly tiered wedding cake featured pink and white flowers. If you love this look, check out the many amazing cake toppers that are offered by Bunches Direct.

Post wedding, the happy couple jetted off on a honeymoon at the Rosewood Mayakoba hotel in Mexico, where Jason posted a relaxed photo on Twitter.

It’s so nice to see that after enduring a nightmare, Lauren found her dream of love and happiness. We can enjoy more of Lauren’s beautiful wedding very soon: E! airs the full wedding special on December 22, 8 p..m. EST. Can’t wait to watch :)

If you love Lauren’s look, here are some Bunches Direct picks for bridal bouquets. And we hope you enjoy your own “dream come true,” just as Lauren has.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi from the hit reality show The Jersey Shore married her longtime love Jionni LaValle last Saturday, November 29. The wedding took place at the St. Rose of Lima church followed by a reception at the Venetian hotel in Garfield, New Jersey. The pair have been engaged since March 2012 and have two children together, Lorenzo, 2, and Giovanna Marie, 3 months.

Snooki apparently stayed calm leading up to the big day, saying, “It’s not that hard to plan a wedding. For me, it’s just that I don’t let myself get stressed out. I just enjoy the moment and I try to be positive about everything.” (I guess we would have to check with Jionni and her friends to see how true this statement was.)

Approximately 500 guests attended the nuptials. Other Jersey Shore guests included their friend Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, who looked conservative and crisp in a navy suit and tie. (What, no tank shirt and gold chains?)

The wedding was arranged in a black and gold color scheme in a “Great Gatsby” Roaring 20′s theme, complete with cigar and scotch bar. Snooki’s BFF Jenni “JWoww” Farley and fellow reality stars Sammi Giancola and Deena Nicole Cortese served as bridesmaids, wearing sexy strapless black dresses with bows. All rocked glittering headbands that were a nod to the “Roaring 20′s theme.

The simple but elegant bridesmaid bouquets were done up in shades of cream and white, which nicely contrasted with the black dresses.

Snooki wore two dresses, both from Bridal Reflections, for her special day. For the ceremony she wore a cream-colored, traditional lace gown in a vintage style. She changed into a strapless dress for the reception. (Nope, no leather or animal prints in sight.) She posted a photo of the gown on her official website an hour before the ceremony. There was still bling to be had in the gown’s detailing, and a lot of it added to the wedding bouquet.

There was also a lot of glitter on her fit-and-flare style reception dress, the “Elite” style gown designed by Ines DiSanto, which Snooki wore with a bejeweled headband and fingerless gloves.

After after a big night of celebrations that included free-flowing scotch, the new husband and wife woke on their first morning as a married couple feeling a tad under the weather, in true Jersey Shore style.  “Hungover with my husband (That will not get old),” Snooki shared via Twitter on Sunday morning. “Getting mcdonalds and being slobs together. Waiting for walking dead tonight,” she added.

Later in the day, the newly minted husband-and-wife posted a photo of their sparkling wedding bands.

“Thank you @bandbjewelry for our gorgeous wedding rings,” Snooki wrote. “We couldn’t be happier!!”

Snooki has already updated her name on her Instagram account and seems to be proud and happy to be “Mrs.Nicole LaValle.” We wish them all the best (and seeing as there was no pre-nup signed, we assume Snookie will make every effort to make the marriage last!)

Wedding bouquet suggestions: Fancy White Bridal Bouquet, or Heavenly Morning Bridal Bouquet would both be amazing if you love Snooki’s look.

Solange Knowles, otherwise known as Beyoncé’s little sister and former Destiny’s Child singer, married video director Alan Ferguson in New Orleans last Sunday October 16. The theme was definitely “hipster-chic in white” as all guests, including sister Beyoncé, niece Blue Ivy, brother-in-law Jay Z and mother Tina were encouraged to dress in white.

After weekend events such as a group movie night and rehearsal dinner, the wedding ceremony took place in Holy Trinity Church (also called Marigny Opera House) with approximately 100 guests in attendance. Solange admits she is the one who pursued her man, saying “In the beginning, I was the one who approached him, so I have always sort of historically been one of those girls that goes after something that I’m into,” she said. “I’m not very old school and like, I’m not gonna wait on you. Wait for you to approach me type of situation.” Nice work, Solange!

Solange, 28, and Alan, 51, arrived at the ceremony not by limo or carriage, but by bicycle. Solange wore an awesome looking white caped jumpsuit. Let’s face it: this is not a look that everyone could pull off. You really have to know who you are to wear a caped jumpsuit. It is a practical choice too, however, seeing as bike riding was involved. Solange rocked it and Alan looked crisp and stylish in a white suit by Lanvin. Her bicycle (also white) was decorated with cream roses and baby’s breath for that added “wedding” touch. Alan got a flat tire en route and had to push his bike part of the way, but that didn’t detract from the fun they had.

Once at the venue Solange changed into a long caped gown by Humberto Leon for Kenzo, bracelets by Jill for Lady Grey, and Stuart Weitzman shoes. She walked down the aisle to the instrumental symphonic version of Donny Hathaway’s “I Love the Lord, He Heard My Cry.”

After the ceremony the sole glitch in the well coordinated events took place, when Solange broke out in hives of some kind (nerves and emotion, or food allergy?). Her sister was quick to help, and luckily for Solange the hives quickly faded. (Hives are not the accessory of choice for most wedding photos.)

Solange later praised Benadryl on her Instagram account, saying “”Shout out to Benadryl yo, lol,” Knowles wrote. “NOTHING was gonna stop me from having my mother and son dance with Julez.”

The dinner reception also took place at Marigny House, with a series of long tables set up for a four course meal on white linens with gold cutlery. Guests enjoyed a traditional Southern menu.

During the reception Solange performed an adorable choreographed dance with her son Julez to the song “No Flex Zone.” If you haven’t seen the video, watch it here and prepare to go “awwww, I want to do that too. Why didn’t I marry a video director?”

Post supper, the guests boarded three party buses for a trip to Esplanade Street, where they exited and danced along multiple blocks to a live band. Frankly, it looks like an awesome time and the sparklers were a festive and fun touch. The party then continued in a second reception at the New Orleans Museum of Art.

The wedding photos are amazing. Photographer Rog Walker did an awesome job of staging the participants into striking and artistic tableaus with a definite theatrical flair. The all-female family photo is particularly striking, and reminiscent of the work of Italian contemporary artist Vanessa Beecroft.

Looks like a wonderful wedding in New Orleans! Solange and Alan have a distinct sense of style and flair and an evident desire to do things their own way. And hey, even celebrities get flat tires and hives but with the right attitude (and a bit of allergy medication) the party continues. Best wishes to the Fergusons!

Kaley Cuoco of the Big Bang Theory is enjoying a rare opportunity for brides: the chance to wear her wedding dress again! Yesterday Kaley got to haul her lovely Vera Wang dress out of the closet to wear in a video promotion for her upcoming movie The Wedding Ringer.

She was a happy gal, captioning the photo on her Instagram  ‘I got to wear my wedding dress for a second time! I feel giddy! #weddingringermusicvideo @aloeblacc @verawanggang.’

Kaley, 28, married tennis player Ryan Sweeting on New Year’s Eve 2014. Their wedding took place at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in the Santa Susana Mountains just north of Los Angeles in front of about 150 guests.

The couple first shared their joy, and a closer look at Kaley’s unusual dress, on Instagram. Kaley’s strapless, petal-pink ball gown dress was an unorthodox choice for most brides—a fluffy creation of pink and white chiffon. The gown featured hand gathered detailing on the bodice, with hand applique Chantilly lace accents above the tulle and chiffon skirt. For the ceremony she also wore a nude tulle veil, also from Vera Wang.

Her wedding flowers coordinated perfectly with her dress in shades of, you guessed it, pink and white. Towering and dramatic arrangements flanked the couple at the venue. (I am loving the white branches interspersed with masses of white and cream flowers including large garden roses, spray roses and hydrangeas!)

What did you think of Kaley’s pink wedding dress? If you loved her “pink princess” look, here are some beautiful Bunches Direct wedding flower suggestions.Enjoy and happy wedding planning!
