Audrina Patridge and longtime love Corey Bohan may have taken eight years to actually tie the knot, but it was worth the wait!

Jana Dillon Photography/AKM-GSI

Audrina and BMX bike rider Corey wed in beautiful Hawaii on Saturday, November 5 in an intimate celebration with 100 close friends and family. Their fourth-month old daughter Kirra was also part of the special day!

Audrina shone in a lacy mermaid gown custom made by Pallas Couture. . She wanted their day to be romantic yet with bohemian elements and her gown with its beautiful French chantilly lace and sheer skirt fit the theme perfectly. Corey paired khakis with a crisp white shirt and suspenders which certainly lent a more casual vibe to the event. Audrina used red flowers to adorn her hair. We also adored the beautiful archway decorated with rich red and  pink blooms such as roses, garden roses, and ranunculus woven with seeded eucalyptus and other greens. Guest threw flower petals in the air to celebrate their love. (Hint: you can purchase your own bulk rose petals online, create this romantic vibe, and save!)

The bridal bouquets were gorgeous! Created by Steven Boyle Designs, they worked perfectly with the “bohemian” vibe as well as the glorious Hawaiian wedding location. They were a lush, artful mix with a “freshly gathered” feel that kept them from being too fussy or formal, while still providing plenty of romance with their rich color scheme.

Morgan Childs of Moana Events helped organize the day and the couple’s fun reception afterward. A very happy Audrina relayed, “I was so nervous, but as soon as I saw all of our friends, family and Corey, all I could feel was happiness and love everywhere.”

August was a busy month for celebrity weddings! It’s always fun to take a look at what the rich and famous do with their nuptials, (especially with their flowers!) and we can glean a little inspiration along the way. Here’s how a famous comedic actor, a Brazilian supermodel, and a singer/ producer celebrated their special wedding days– enjoy!

Kevin Hart and Eniko Parrish

Photo from hellomagazine.com

The comedian tied the knot on sunny August 13 in Santa Barbara, California, after dating Parrish for almost seven years. The couple tied the knot in front of 200 guests. Several of their wedding photos were taken in gazebo on the grounds, framed by greenery and white blooms. Hart’s children certainly helped make the day special and his eight-year-old son Hendrix was best man. We also loved the floral crown that Hart’s daughter Heaven wore in her hair.

Eniko wore two stunning Vera Wang gowns at her event. She was married in a gorgeous mermaid style gown with lace appliques and a flared tulle skirt. She later changed into a second dress for the reception, which Wang herself describes as having “sumptuous hand placed French Chantilly lace appliqué artfully contoured along the whole gown.” One description that comes to mind: “super sexy!”

The carnival was in town for this superstar wedding: guests at the after party were treated to rides on a ferris wheel and a merry-go-round as well as games and treats. (Ludacris seemed pretty happy with his win of a stuffed animal.) All the attendees, including the groom, seemed to enjoy the big party atmosphere.

For beautiful white centerpieces, try Wild at Heart pre-made arrangements, and add stunning bulk cream roses for extra wow factor at amazing prices.

 Isabeli Fontana and Diego Ferrero

A sexy and sheer wedding dress/ swimsuit coverup is just the thing when you are a super sexy Brazilian supermodel and former Victoria’s Secret angel. Isabeli Fontana proved it when she wed her boyfriend of three years, Diego Ferrero, on a beach at the Soneva Fushi resort, Maldives. Their invitations included a message bottle and seashells as a sweet nod to the beach venue, and the cake topper was made in their images.

RayJ and Princess Love

Photo from Pharris Photography

It was a fairytale wedding for RayJ and Princess in their sometimes tumultuous relationship that many of us have enjoyed on VH1′s Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood.

The singer, songwriter and music producer, 35, married his real life Princess at the Vibiana in Los Angeles on August 12. His father officiated at their ceremony. Princess wore a flowing Lazaro gown. At the reception the couple enjoyed a lavish cake boasting seven tiers. RayJ’s famous sister Brandy sang a gorgeous rendition of At Last for their first dance in a truly romantic and personal element.

Even the usually stoic RayJ got emotional at the event., saying to PEOPLE magazine, “Watching Princess walking down the aisle … when I heard the music and I saw her come down, I lost it. I was like, I’m just gonna let it go and enjoy the love and positive emotion. I got real happy as the tears dropped.”

Drew married Will Kopelman in an intimate ceremony at her home in June 2012. Drew’s beautiful bouquet featured lush peonies and garden roses in various shades of hot pink and pink. The end result was a charming and ‘fresh from the garden” look that perfectly complemented her sweet and simple ruffled gown. We loved it! (But too bad the marriage itself fizzled out in April 2016…)

Popular American Idol alum Colton Dixon married in Nashville this month, to his lovely girlfriend Annie Coggeshall. Chrisitian singer Colton, 24 and Annie, 27, tied the knot in a black tie ceremony on Friday January 8 after three years as a couple. The event took place at the Scarritt Bennett Center before 160 of their friends and family.

Photo from Gospelherald.com

People.com provided several exclusive photos of the wedding, and described it as having both “fantasy” and “fairytale” elements. Apparently the fairytale began with the couple’s romantic September engagement at Disney World (Colton even hid the engagement ring in Cinderella’s glass slipper).

Photo from People.com

The “fantasy” element came into play based on Colton’s love for batman and other comic book heroes. Apparently Colton even has a life-sized batman costume at his home. Colton’s mother Teresa gifted her son and his groomsmen with superhero t-shirts to wear under their wedding attire, adding a wonderful playful and personal touch to the couple’s beautiful day.

Photo from ok.co.uk

Annie wore a stunning strapless organza gown by (who else?) renowned designer Vera Wang, that was truly Cinderella-worthy. Colton’s sister Schyler Dixon shared her own snaps, with the caption ” “Beautiful bride #coltannwedding.” She also performed the gospel favorite How Great Thou Art during the ceremony.

Colton admits that he wept when he first saw Annie come down the aisle. During the ceremony, romantic Colton then serenaded his new bride with Elvis Presley’s Can’t Help Falling in Love.

The couple’s exit at the end of the night included another fairytale element: Colton and Annie departed together in (of course) a horse-drawn carriage totally reminiscent of a classic Cinderella coach. If you loved Annie’s bridal bouquet, you can certainly get the look for less with BunchesDirect. Try Together We Stand or Cheerful Blast with Wild at Heart Centerpieces, to complete your own fairytale florals.

We wish Annie and Colton all the best as they start their married lives!

Looking to the greats can provide inspiration for your own beautiful wedding and event flowers. Their ideas can fuel your imagination and show you what is possible. One of the true greats when it comes to flower designs and installations is definitely Jeff Leatham.

Photo from dianejameshome.com

Jeff is currently the Artistic Director at the swanky Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, and prior to that oversaw the flowers at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills. He did the wedding flowers for such celebrity clients as Chelsea Clinton, Eva Longoria, Avril Lavigne, and Tina Turner, as well as doing events for clients such as Oprah Winfrey, the Kardashians, Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Celine Dion, Bulgari, Givenchy, Swarovski Crystal, Samsung and Dom Perignon, to name but a small few.

He has written two books about his floral artistry and been featured in a documentary, as well as being awarded a Knighthood in France for his contributions to arts and culture.  Jeff’s work is a combination of his love for flowers and his passion for design, and he has come up with some spectacular concepts.

If there is a look you love, don’t be intimidated by the size or the grandeur. Sometimes even a small element or the inspiration is enough to show you what your wedding or event flowers can be. Best of all, buying bulk flowers from a reliable online vendor such as BunchesDirect lets you create your own versions of these over-the-top creations. Here are some great tips you can use yourself!

Jeff Leatham

White on White Mass together white flowers with candles, and you will always end up with a spectacular look! Choose gorgeous flowers such as white calla lilies, white hydrangeas, white roses, stephanotis, or white orchids—all are available at BunchesDirect for bulk pricing. This “white on white” look is timeless and classic, and relatively easy to recreate. Mass together the blooms or keep things scaled back to suit your own budget.

Jeff Leatham design

Creative Arrangements. Source out some creative vases, such as these fishbowl shaped ones with openings on a tilt, and place your blooms right inside. Using a rich color like this royal purple will add to the dramatic effect. Choose blooms such as lavender dendrobium orchids, purple carnations, purple lisianthus, or purple alstroemeria for amazing effect even on a low budget.

Vivid Color Combinations Give your wedding or event a shot of bold style by putting together beautiful flowers in unexpected colors and textures. If Jeff can do it, you can too! Use his designs to guide you in what “goes” with what. Choose eye-catching blooms such as hot pink roses, orange ranunculus, dark purple call lilies, hot pink carnations or purple cymbidium orchids, paired with green hydrangeas. Your guests are sure to remember these exciting and beautiful combination.

Use your Space You can set flowers anywhere, and the more you can afford, the more luxurious the final result. We don’t all have this kind of budget, but don’t be afraid to set bouquets or bulk flowers along a staircase, or create unique hanging displays of bulk flowers in a smaller scale for your own venue.

Vary The Height Jeff mixed these beautiful spring colors of pinks and greens, setting them off with candles in chunky glass candlesticks. Create even more visual interest by varying the heights of your centerpieces and candles. Try pink carnations for a beautiful budget-saver, mixed with green hydrangeas.

Jeff Leatham The Power of Flowers

Beautiful Vases If you want to use fewer flowers to save on budget, you can still create a very artistic and memorable display if you choose beautiful vases in vivid colors or interesting shapes. You can always check in with family and friends, or scour vintage shops and estate or garage sales and come up with some lovely finds. This display makes the most of the beautiful crystal embellishments and deep emerald green, as well as the interesting rounded shapes, of these vases, using only a few bunches of white calla lilies and minimal white roses.

Isabella Cruise is starting married life in Croydon, England after tying the knot last month without her famous parents in attendance. Isabella, 22, a makeup artist, married Max Parker, IT consultant, on September 18 in a very intimate ceremony in London. Father Tom Cruise did not join the couple but reportedly picked up the tab.

Photo from dailymail.co.uk

The ceremony was held in a private function room of the very posh Dorchester Hotel, in accordance with the Scientology traditions that Isabelle shares with her father. Isabelle’s mother Nicole Kidman was also not present at the wedding, but according to sources helped plan some of the elements and is said to be happy for her daughter. Brother Connor was also a no-show, apparently to keep the nuptials as low-key as possible.

The couple are moving from their current London address to a new one on the outskirts of the city, in an area more familiar to Max’s family.

Bridget Moynahan, who stars in television’s Blue Bloods (and who is also known as Tom Brady’s ex) tied the knot last weekend with boyfriend Andrew Frankel. The couple also kept the union on the down-low, with People.com being the first to cover the story. The beautiful evening wedding took place outdoors on October 17 in the swanky locale of the Hamptons, New York, with select family and friends in attendance. The couple requested that guests donate to one of their favorite charities, the Hole in Wall Gang Club to help youth with cancer and serious blood disorders in lieu of gifts. Justin Theroux appeared on an episode of Ellen on October 14, and shared a few more deets about his wedding day and his wife, Jennifer Aniston. Ellen also brought out a hilarious mannequin of Jennifer (see photo above). Ellen, who was a guest at the wedding, marvelled at how long they were able to keep a secret and Justin verified that they were able to do so by sending out birthday party invitations. He revealed that they originally planned to share the secret with certain key guests, but then decided it was a bad idea.

“We thought, ‘We’re gonna tell some people this and some people that.’… We kind of realized that was a terrible plan. You’re basically telling half your guests, ‘You’re unemployed and we can’t trust you.’ Which is, of course, not the case.”Justin said that if certain guests expressed that they may not be able to make the “birthday” party, he and Aniston pressured them a bit harder. During the segment, Justin also revealed that his wife has a big fear—motorcycles! Justin adores them but apparently Jennifer doesn’t like the feeling of loss of control.
